i agree with taz in general... to me, having the hair a vivid color and the character with such "goofy" tattoos undermines the significance of a fallen angel; it kinds of mocks it.

Nice work, but I don't think the colours and his head fits the idea of a fallen angel. The anatomy is a little bit off (the way the arm is attached to the body, the face). Jane is right about the clouds +6

Cool drawing! I like the composition and pose. The hair is awesome. I think the anatomy is quite good, but the neck is a bit weird. Also, add some details/shading to the torso. So very nice, with some minor flaws. I'd give it a +8/9!
